What is it that makes you different?

Everything I can be different in.

A large part of who I am is based on my disdain of the wedding industry and the ways that have become normal. If I see a photographer doing something, I try and see not only how I can do it different, but to the benefit of our couples. Whether it’s saving you money, or getting you the most original shots I can, I gotchu…

Equally, I’m more than just a photographer. I don’t believe that any part of a wedding should be “where’s my paycheck; here’s your stuff”. Hiring Dreadko is an EXPERIENCE. From the moment I first chat with you; make sure you’re buckled up for the ride. Just ask our Fam.

Oh yeah! Then there’s that. The Fam.

What started off as a joke, turned into something so much more. Every couple’s story I capture, brings them into the Fam. And in the Fam, we just set out to have fun and give back. Whether it’s fundraisers where beers are a-flowin, or mob shoots to give you a chance to get in your wedding dress again and be part of something big, I try and come up with fun stuff for all our couples so that your wedding experience almost really never ends.

Oh, and did I mention I take pretty decent photos too? (or at least I’m good at faking it…)

How do your deposits work?

As easy as possible.

It’s your choice!
1) $500 deposit (or total balance if less than $500)
2) $1000; receive an additional $100 credit to your remaining balance if you pay more upfront

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes and no?

If you build a package that’s larger than you initially planned and don’t want to remove anything from it, I’ll work with you! I don’t set anything up, but you can incrementally pay off your balance without additional fees or charges.

When are you available to meet?

Anytime we aren’t capturing a wedding.

For Zoom meets, I can do a lot! But if in-person is your thing, we’ll meet with at your favorite coffee shop or brewery Tuesdays through Fridays between the hours of 9am and 5pm. I no longer meet in-person on weeknights or weekends regularly as I’ve gotten to a point where as Dreadko grew, so has my family. And since I’m rarely home on weekends because I’m capturing the stories of your love, (and let’s be real, I love all our couples, but my better half and kids come first), I have set aside available weeknights and weekends for our spouses and children.

Occasionally, I will book a weeknight or weekend in-person meeting, but availability is limited.

If you’re too far for us to meet up, or scheduling just lines up this way, I’ll always gladly hold consultations over the phone or video chat!

Where do you travel?

Everywhere.

All packages include a 40 mile radius of travel from my location in Cherry Hill, NJ. If your wedding is beyond 40 miles, I use a flat rate travel rate system:

- 40 to 100 miles from Cherry Hill, NJ | Flat rate of $250
- 100 to 150 miles from Cherry Hill, NJ | Flat rate of $500
- 150 to 200 miles from Cherry Hill, NJ | Flat rate of $750
- Beyond 200 miles from Cherry Hill, NJ | $750 + lodging

What is an “Experience Wedding”?

For the boring couples and photographers: a destination wedding.

If you’re going through the efforts of shipping everything and everyone away from home, you’re not just arriving at a destination, so why call it that?! Your wedding is going to be AN EXPERIENCE!

Experience weddings are priced out for each experience wedding, and often the photography is free! (seriously…). Just ask.

Why do you offer such a wide array of options and customization?

Because it matters.

Outside of limit budgets, there are honestly couples that don’t want the entire day captured.

So whether it’s financial or logistical, IT’S YOUR DAY! You should be able to customize as much as possible.

Do you charge more for holiday weddings?

Some.

For weddings on the following holidays, there is a $250 holiday fee per team member:

  • New Years Eve

  • Labor Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Mother’s Day

  • Father’s Day

All other holidays I either will not shoot a wedding on, or there are no fees, so just ask.

How many photos will we receive?

A lot.

While most photographers won’t ever GUARANTEE the amount of photos you’ll get, Dreadko offers a guaranteed minimum amount of photos for every package.

This allows you to rest easy knowing that all the excitement of your wedding day will be there to experience over and over again. I pride myself in my capabilities, and, in that, always ending up delivering well over our guaranteed minimums.

I guarantee a collective total of 60 photos per hired hour capturing your story. If I ever deliver below our guaranteed minimum (I never even came close), I give money back. Straight up.

How far out do you book?

Meh...

Depends. Just ask! I’ll usually chat about most dates at this point.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept 5 different types of payment:

  • Cash (comes with a 20% off coupon to our print shop)

  • All major debit or credit cards

  • PayPal payments

  • Venmo payments

  • Most major cryptocurrencies

  • We do not accept checks under any circumstance (I’m getting older, but I’m not a FKN boomer…)

Why do you go out of your way like you do?

It’s not about me.

I’m not here to get rich or famous (I mean… I wouldn’t complain if that happened, lol), but I’m truly just loving life and what I get to call a “job”. As long as my wife and kids are fed and content with life, why not pay it forward in ways that I can? My couples truly matter to me and my wife, that’s exactly why we go so far above and beyond for our Fam.
